Georgia Gay Campgrounds
Formerly known as "Lumberjack's Camping Resort," OZ Campground re-opened and re-branded in 2012 with new owners, a new name, and a whole new attitude! Located on 150 acres in central Georgia (the largest in the state), OZ offers the privacy and amenities of a true get-away destination for all individuals who support the gay community. Campers can come for a day pass to enjoy the pool and trails, or a night at the recreation center and bar, or plan to spend the weekend in a cabin, tent or RV. All are welcome to enjoy the new OZ Campground!
A members only, adult 21+, thirty acre, clothing optional camping resort serving the gay community. Large, rustic and secluded sites for RV's with electric and water. Tenting sites, some with electric. Restrooms and showers. Gay/Lesbian, day passes, swimming pool, club house, hot tub and scheduled events.
Camp River's Edge is a private, membership only, 21+ gay campground catering primarily to men, although women are always welcome. Amenities include campsites for tents & RV's (RV sites have water & electricity) a pool, themed activities, a workout room and Clubhouse. River's Edge also has a wide variety of rental cabins available.
Roy's Hideaway is the newest members only, private gay campground in Georgia. Located just an hour away from Savannah and two hours from Macon off of Interstate 16. Gay and Lesbian, all are welcome as long as you have no problem with an alternative lifestyle. Amenities include cabins, a lodge, full hookup RV sites (30 and 50 amp service), tent sites, a new clothing optional salt water pool and spa area complete with privacy fencing, and six lakes filled with an assortment of fish. Other amenities include a café, and bathhouse / bathroom facilities. Note: Roy's Hideaway is located off of GA Hwy 57, approximately 7 miles south of Collins, Georgia - 1 mile north of downtown Reidsville, Georgia, off THOMAS SCOTT ROAD. When on Thomas Scott Rd, look for Catfish Lane at the propane sign (there are 2 Catfish Lanes). Call for directions if needed. Swiftwaters Womanspace Lesbian campground located north of Atlanta near the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia. A place for women to relax, refresh, and renew body, mind, and spirit. 22 acres of woods and meadow. Camping on the banks of a mountain river for tents and small self-contained vans. No hook-ups. Cabins and a Honeymoon Suite. Women only, no reservations except for groups of 10 or more. Volleyball, horseshoes, tubing, badminton and fishing. Celebrating 26 years. The Hunting Club The Hunting Club is a private gay RV community, located in Vidalia, Georgia. It is a unique *family-run* adult community, offering quiet relaxation on secluded, wooded grounds, with an 11 acre fishing pond. The Hunting Club is just 5 miles from the heart of Vidalia, which is famous for it's sweet onions, not found anywhere else. Sites are available now for self contained RV owners. Fox Mountain Camp Fox Mountain Camp is a private women’s campground located near Blue Ridge, Georgia just minutes from the Toccoa River. The secluded 18 acre property is surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Forest and the Rich Mountain Wilderness. Fox Mountain Camp is a unique opportunity to get away from the daily grind and enjoy all the beauty of the North Georgia Mountains in a comfortable and natural environment. Activities include outdoor movies and monthly concerts featuring independent female singer-songwriters during spring, summer and fall. A peaceful, natural, and fun environment in which women can seek refuge from societal pressures.
